We had an excellent experience with Main Guys Auto & Tire Repair! Their customer service was top notch, and I really appreciated the honest and straightforward way they discussed things with us. We will definitely be back!
We had discovered a catastrophic failure of the rear brakes; the calipers had seized and the brakes were engaged continuously, causing dangerous overheating. Thankfully, they were able to get us in right away and get the extensive repair done that same day. My husband took the car in and eventually needed to return to the home office for a meeting. As we only have one vehicle and live nearby, they offered a ride home and back when the car was ready. We were pleasantly surprised and grateful for this above and beyond customer service. The complimentary car wash left our car cleaner than it's ever been!
